Linda Cassell, M.Ed, CPCC, is an independent certified neuro leadership coach at Management Concepts and president of Quantum Leap Coaching and Training, LLC. An expert in leadership development, crisis management, and culture transformation, Linda works with executives in the commercial, non-profit, and public sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Education from Kent State University and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute. Linda also holds a Neuro Leadership Coach certification from the Mark Waldman program.


Michelle Clark serves as Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Management Concepts. In this role, she drives the strategic development and maintenance of relationships with clients and organizations to identify opportunities for new marketing alliances and establish visibility for Management Concepts. In addition, she oversees trade shows, special events, webinars, and social media. Michelle is a certified PMP, holds a BA in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government, and an MS in Justice, Law, and Society from American University.


Tom Devine, MBA, CDFM, is a Course Management Director of Financial Management at Management Concepts with expertise in appropriation law, internal control, auditing, accounting, and DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and execution. For several years, Tom provided training and management consulting to government and commercial clients after investing more than 30 years as a public service and commercial business leader.

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration on finance from Nichols College. He holds a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) and is a proud member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).


Debbie Eshelman is Managing Director at Management Concepts. She advises senior leaders in the private sector and Federal Government on human capital, performance improvement, talent management, and leadership development. Before joining Management Concepts, Debbie held executive leadership roles in several leading human capital management consultancies. Debbie holds a BA in education from the University of Florida and an MS in human resource development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.


Ruth Famojuro_100pxRuth Famojuro has been an instructional designer and Subject Matter Expert for Management Concepts for more than 20 years. She has developed portions of the Grants Management Certificate Program and other custom curricula. Ruth holds a BA in History from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, a Graduate Certificate in Library and Intellectual Property in Distance Education & eLearning.


Sarah K. Hluchan is the Grants Product Management Director for Management Concepts. She has spent her career facilitating effective grants management through process improvement, policy development, and education. Sarah holds a BA in political science from Drew University and a Master of Public Policy from the McCourt School at Georgetown University.

 


Angela E. Kochuba, Managing Director of Federal Training Academy, is a mission-driven, people-focused leader with a client list including every major U.S. federal department. She is committed to positive job-related results linking mission and people with custom solutions. She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and her Bachelor of Science (BS) from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. For more than ten years, she has been creating compelling content that tells stories, communicates ideas, and captivates readers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Nonfiction Writing, and Editing from George Mason University.

 


Paul Lohnes_100pxPaul Lohnes MBA, PMP, MCTS, is a Senior Consultant for Project & Program Management at Management Concepts and Managing Director of MCLMG, LLC. In addition to contributing his subject matter expertise, Paul develops Management Concepts course content and teaches Project & Program Management and Acquisition courses. Since serving in the Navy, Paul has become an internationally renowned project and risk management speaker.

He has developed and delivered technical, business, and management instruction to thousands of students at UC Berkeley in California and the State University of New York’s Institute of Technology in Utica, Rome, and various event venues. Paul holds a BS in Computer Science from Regents College and an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Project Management Professional (PMP).


Vera Medici is Senior Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Events at Management Concepts. In this role, she collaborates with clients, organizations, and association partners to advance common goals through trade shows, special events, webinars, and social media. Vera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from George Mason University.


Maria Morukian MA, PCC, is President and Founder, MSM Global Consulting, LLC, and a Management Concepts Instructor. For more than 15 years, she has been consulting, training, and coaching senior leaders within and beyond the federal government for growth and development. Maria earned a dual bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Organizational Studies and Spanish and a master’s degree from American University in International Communication, and she holds multiple professional certifications.


Carl Pritchard, PMP, PMI-RMP, is the principal and founder of Pritchard Management Associates and a senior instructor at Management Concepts. An expert lecturer, author, researcher, instructor, and coach, Carl focuses on project management, particularly risk and communications.
